Terms & Conditions


Medical Consent

1. I will inform Sunnyside Holiday Club of any changes to my child's medical information before they attend the holiday club sessions.

2. I authorise the holiday club staff to consent to medical treatment, which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner may be necessary in an emergency medical situation.

3. I will inform Sunnyside Holiday Club if the participant or any member of the family suffers from any infectious disease within 14 days prior to the holiday club sessions.

4. I understand that the holiday club sessions will involve team games and activities that may include close contact with other members of the group.

5. I will declare any illness or injuries to my child prior to participating in the course.

Activity Consent

1. I understand that my child will be given safety instructions prior to completing activities during the holiday club, which will include how to identify risks when taking part in the activities.

2. I understand that my child will be fully supervised during the holiday club but that they are responsible for their own actions/behaviour whilst attending the sessions.

3. I understand and accept that the activities my child will be taking part in have been fully risk assessed to ensure safety but I accept that all activities have the potential to be dangerous and can result in injury or death.

GDPR Consent

1. I understand that the personal information of participants taking part in the holiday club are required for organisation purposes and will be securely stored. 

2. I understand that Sunnyside Holiday Club will take photographs & videos during the week. These will be used on social media & for publicity purposes. Names of participants will not be used/shared.

3. I understand that all of the staff working at Sunnyside Holiday club are DBS checked and have completed safeguarding training.

Booking Conditions

1. I understand that Sunnyside Holiday Club cannot take responsibility for personal items lost or damaged during the week.

2. We advise children not to bring expensive items to holiday club and to name all items of clothing. We recommend taking our personal insurance for your items.

3. I understand that places can only be secured by full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made are non-refundable...but we will be flexible where possible.
